Now that I can purl properly, I decided to redo the fruity tea cosy I'd started. So, I undid it all and then tried to start again and after 3 tries, realised my brain had decided to forget how to join the round after the first row. After flinging the knitting across the room, then apologising for stupid behaviour... (really?!?!) I looked on youtube and realised my problem; I'd tried to continue in the wrong direction... I don't know, it seemed like the right thing at the time!
So, on with the double pointed needles - I'm off to make a squishy ("I shall call him squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my squishy.")
